A TN principal who had been offered a job to become principal at Mt. Diablo Elementary has decided to withdraw his application. Christopher Nugent has a long list of wrong doings, in 2008 he exposed 5000 students SSN’s online. He’s been charged with DUI, resisting arrest and fighting two officers. The problem lies in the fact that noone of these violations or implication showed up on a traditional background check.

The government of Riverside County California has decided to do something in that area wouldn’t have expected, Riverside has started charging $1 to access public records online and you still get charged the dollar even if the name or record is not available.
What merchant would charge you to search its Web site to see if it has a particular product in inventory? None.

Many college institutions ask prospective college students if they have ever been convicted of a serious crime, well experts are weighing the facts if background checks are required for students entering into college. Well come to find out more than 60% of colleges who participated in a survey used criminal background checks to determine whether a student with a criminal record should be admitted.
